What is one interesting fact about yourself?

After 20 years on the prairies, I finally bought a truck – and I have difficulty admitting that I love it.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Gardening, travel, antique cars.

What are you currently working on?

Pulse crop nutrition in food security (local, global), best nutrition practices in chronic disease and athletic performance.

What are you most passionate about?

Connection between agriculture (plants  and animals) and healthy eating (how they interrelate and depend on each other).
