Meet the Expert: Alison Duncan, PhD

Dr. Alison Duncan is a professor in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph. We wanted to get to know Dr. Duncan better, so we asked her a few questions.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Spend time with my family. Running, biking, kayaking, playing board games, tennis, basketball and soccer.
What are you currently working on?
Research studies involving lentils and diabetes risk.
What are you passionate about related to your area of expertise?
Everyone eats food every day, and I am excited about how what we eat can affect our health.
